The role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations across our site to ensure excellent customer service. This role involves leading staff, managing shifts, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hospitality knowledge, and a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Site Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily site operations.
Supervise and lead site staff.
Provide assistance during meal services, ensuring that they run smoothly.
Monitor and maintain site cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth site operations.
Assist with inventory management.
Monitor and ensure Health and Safety compliance including reviewing and completing paperwork.
Manage, monitor and maintain staff training records to ensure adherence and validity.
Skills and Experience
2-3 years' experience in hotels or hospitality, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or supervisory role managing shifts and staff.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and maintenance requirements preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software.
Other Considerations:
Working Conditions:
The role involves standing for extended periods and overseeing repetitive tasks. There may be occasional exposure to cleaning products, laundry facilities, and other equipment. Full training will be provided.
