Title:

Supervising Social Worker \xe2\x80\x93 part time, hybrid working

Good Salary Package: up to \xc2\xa338,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

NonStop Care is currently working with a reputable IFA in the Essex and Kent areas in order to help them recruit for a Supervising Social Worker role. The IFA was originally created by 2 foster carers and they have a children oriented environment, working independently, not part of any big corporation.

This is a 12 month contract allowing hybrid working, which means you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and improve your work-life balance.

Besides this, the role is only from Wednesday to Friday, so you will benefit from an extended weekend, having much more time for personal life!

Responsibilities:

The post holder will supervise and support Foster Carers while being involved in their recruitment, including Initial Visits and Form F assessments. The office location is in Radley Green, while the caseload you will be holding is mostly in the Kent area.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must have a Social Work qualification and registration.

You must have knowledge of fostering regulations and standards.

Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
