Supervising Social Worker

salary: \xc2\xa336,000 + \xc2\xa33,600 Car Allowance

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South West of England area, in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker.

They offer the flexibility to do some of the work from home and work from their office in Kingswood once or twice per week.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of about 10 foster families, located in Bristol and surrounding areas. The role is mostly supervision of the foster carers, so you will not be completing Form F Assessments on top.

The Supervising Social Worker will join a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating. They offer ongoing therapeutic training, which will help you develop your skills.

They have a low turnover of staff which means you will be part of a stable team, where you will be supported by a very friendly and experienced Manager.

They offer 25 days annual leave (with 1 day more each year you have been working in the service) + bank holidays. They also close down for 2 weeks around Christmas and New Years which is fully paid and not taken from annual leave. This will allow you to have a much better work \xe2\x80\x93 life balance.

They also offer mileage and pension.
