Salary up to \xc2\xa339,000 + car allowance

NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in Cardiff (Wales) area.

The fostering agency is a national company that focuses on providing therapeutic fostering placements to looked after children.This is a hybrid role, offering you a lot of flexibility and autonomy to manage your own diary and time.

The Independent Fostering Agency has a national presence and great reputation in the fostering social care world. Their services are rated Good and Outstanding Ofsted and work up to the highest standards of care. Responsibilities

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a caseload of 13 foster carers n South Wales. You will be an active participant and have the chance to contribute to positive change within the organisation. Please bring your ideas and vision for positive change whilst developing you career.

Requirements

Please apply if:

\xe2\x80\x93 you are a Qualified Social Worker

\xe2\x80\x93 you have worked in fostering related social work role or/and child social worker, such as looked after children\xe2\x80\x99s team

\xe2\x80\x93 you drive
