The Programme
This Summer Internship Programme offers practical work experience in a large, global investment bank. You will be able to gain valuable insight into the HR team and further develop your skills and knowledge with guidance from business leaders and surrounding team.
The eight - twelve-week programme will run during summer 2024. You will attend an induction and networking session during the first week. Throughout the programme, you will be assigned meaningful tasks by your team with clear objectives and responsibilities outlined weekly. This programme will be a hands on experience in order to help set you up for a successful career, once graduated.


Key Responsibilities
The role is to assist and support the HRE London Branch in delivering projects for 2024. You will be given the opportunity to learn about our industry and business from different perspectives, giving you a career advantage.
You will work on various HR projects and initiatives and develop an understanding of our organization, culture, HR processes and infrastructure by collaborating with a wide range of colleagues and teams in order to support the projects.


Candidate Criteria
To be eligible for the programme, you must be an undergraduate who will be returning to University after you have completed the internship. No previous experience is required, we are looking for students who are intrigued and motivated to learn more about the financial world and are committed to learning more about HR.
