Overall Purpose of the Job

Assist with transferring contract documentation into Iron Clad System.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
---------------------------------------
To assist with transferring company contract documentation into Iron Clad system.
Load existing contracts into new system and create rules/parameters for the system to check, allowing for correct storage.
Ability to read and understand contracts & identify certain contract clauses
Have the understanding of Jurista/AI/digital contract management
Be available to work full-time over the summer period for a period of approximately 3 months - this will be onsite initially with the possibility of hybrid working after initial familiarisation
Training will be provided
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
------------------------------------
Ideally completed a minimum of 2nd year of Law degree
Understanding of standard contract clauses & ability to identify these within contract documentation
Completed study in AI/digital contract management would be an advantage
Familiar with Jurist (AI legal assistant) to summarize contracts & conduct research
Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 3 months (possible hybrid working available after initial familiarisation period)
