Suction Excavator Senior Supervisor

What you'll be doing

Implementing risk assessments and method statements as and when required. Review and write as required Ensure all staff, directly employed and subcontractors, have a clear understanding of rules, regulations, standards, and policy and ensure that adequate systems are maintained to protect the health and safety of all staff Maintain regular contact with customers to obtain feedback on service quality and performance, ensuring any problems are followed up and resolved effectively Monitor the use of both internal and external suppliers to ensure compliance is maintained. Ensure all Site Audits are carried out digitally, any corrective actions identified are recorded and closed out Provide feedback on all safety issues to the Operations Manager as required Support with business opportunities that will grow the business Ensure compliance with the Company's Policies and Procedures on Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental. Promote the raising of Observations, Close Calls, investigate and close out those raised for Suction Excavator Business Conduct investigation and close out as required

CPCS Blue Suction Excavator Operator Qualification Willingness to work flexibly and embrace new challenges Strong knowledge of health and safety Full Clean UK Driving Licence Strong record keeping Strong communicator Customer service skills Computer literate Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS): Site Safety Plus

The following qualities/experience are desirable:





Experience/Knowledge of construction industry Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS): Site Safety Plus Conflict management HGV DQC Professional Driver
