For the first two weeks, you'll need to be in the office every day for training.xe2x9cxa8Snapshot of your role

  • Handle customer inquiries, referring them to the appropriate team or external organisations when needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Log and assess reports of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, ensuring they are addressed within set timescales.
  • Prepare and send letters and documents, including mail merges.
  • Maintain accurate customer and property records and update systems.
  • Support tenancy checks, reviews, and verifications.
  • Assist in preparing case documentation for legal processes.
  • Process customer requests and invoices in line with procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Follow guidance from the Successful Tenancies Team Leader.

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members, other teams, and external agencies.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to process data quickly and accurately.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Able to follow procedures carefully.
  • Demonstrated empathy towards customer challenges.
