You'll fit right into Subway as a Store Supervisor / Assistant Mgr if:

You have had some team supervisory experience in a similar customer focused retail environment. Are able to stay focussed on delivering excellent standards and great products all whilst keeping an eye on your targets. Your honesty, hard-work and leadership abilities will inspire great results and provide a consistently brilliant customer experience. You bring your natural flair for team work, whilst enjoying management responsibility and of course, have lots of fun along the way!
You may currently be working in Catering Management - or maybe you're already an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking to progress your career. If you have management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment, then we want to hear from you.

It's a practical role - so you'll spend a sizeable amount of time rolling your sleeves up, getting involved in food preparation, serving customers and making sure the shop is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times. You will report to the store management. It's a responsible job because you will have responsibilities including: cashing up, key holding as well as keeping an eye on every detail and day-to-day activities. Are the products displayed correctly? Is the shop clean and welcoming? Has enough product been prepared? (Full Training Provided)
