I have been requested to recruit a Sub Assembler Technician to join our client who are an industry leading company located in Devizes, Wiltshire.

:

As a Sub Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role within the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling and sub-assembling components with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and sub-assemble components according to detailed instructions and technical drawings.

Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Accurate and safe use of hand tools or machines to assemble parts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and take direction.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
