FLANNELS Personal Shopping is looking for an ambitious individual with an obsession for fashion, social media and content creation. The Stylist team is at the core of our Style and Collect business and the candidate will use strong customer service and commercial skills to drive customer loyalty and spend. Stylists will be responsible for capturing and creating content straight from the shop floor to social to drive awareness of the FLANNELS edit and develop engagement with customers, ensuring FLANNELS approach to New Luxury is always front of mind. The Stylist will support our brand new Personal Shopping team based out of our Liverpool Flagship Store.

Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Meet and greet all customers, introduce Stylist service when based on the shop floor

\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct styling appointments via Style and Collect service (store walk-ins and pre-booked online)

\xe2\x97\x8f Create and maintain customer profiles

\xe2\x97\x8f Drive sales both instore and virtually by having a strong understanding of both commercial and fashion trends

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide coverage to extended personal shopping department during absences

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries

\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute and assist in Personal Shopping / Marketing / PR & Talent events as required

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure timely outreach to new clients

\xe2\x97\x8f Work alongside internal departments to feedback client spending trends

\xe2\x97\x8f Act at all times as an advocate of Flannels, ensuring company philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients and extends across business internally

\xe2\x97\x8f KPIs will include content creation and client engagement

Qualifications

\xe2\x97\x8f Fashion degree or a previous role in luxury consumer retail sector ideally in customer-facing role is a plus

\xe2\x97\x8f Social media savvy and first-hand experience of different social channels

\xe2\x97\x8f Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English both written and spoken) along with excellent customer service, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong work ethic and natural ability to think outside box and problem solve to strict deadlines

\xe2\x97\x8f An eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills are essential

\xe2\x97\x8f Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market

\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in MS office, including, Word, Excel, CRM & Clienteling system

\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work flexible retail store hours including evenings and weekends on a full time basis
