This role is within BIMM University in Manchester.
About the Role
The post holder will act as a key point of contact for students experiencing challenging personal circumstances, providing pastoral support, and helping them to access appropriate services including referrals to external agencies such as healthcare providers, local authorities, and charities with whom the team maintain strong links.
This position is hybrid. You will be expected to be onsite to meet the demands of the role, which will be a minimum of 3 days per week.
