2 Student Services Assistants Needed

Have you got strong administrative skills?

We currently have a vacancy in our Student Advice Centre based at our City Centre Campus and a vacancy in Radstock at our Somer Valley Campus.

The post is 37 hours per week Permanent 52 weeks per year.

This busy front of house service is looking for a customer centered individual to help provide a comprehensive information service to the College\xe2\x80\x99s potential and existing customers which will involve some cover on our Reception desk.

You will need a strong sense of what exceptional customer service entails and be willing to work to achieving it with every customer.

You will be able to work individually on your own initiative but also be a strong team player, helping colleagues whenever possible.
