Salary: Management SCP 7-12 - \xc2\xa349,699 - \xc2\xa356,557 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting. Contract: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum Primary Location: Southgate but expected to work across all sites Applications close: Friday 24th November 2023 Interview dates: W/c Monday 4th December 2023 Experienced applicant required to be the college\xe2\x80\x99s SenCO Lead and manage the ESFA funded support to students with EHCP/SEND across the college. The role is to manage the teams that are responsible for identifying EHCP students, responding to local authority EHCP consultations within our specialist and mainstream provisions and proving the necessary support in class and out of class. The successful candidate will be required to support student success through ongoing monitoring and tracking of student progress and liaison with the wider college staff to enhance the quality of the student experience at the college, as well as supporting the planning and transition arrangements into further education, training, and employment. Minimum qualifications - i.e., degree together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent). Working knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements surrounding student information held by the College is a must, as is an understanding of quality improvement processes, student engagement strategies, initial assessment processes and high needs funding claim.
