Customer Experience Team Member Location: London Salary:\xc2\xa39,701.20 - \xc2\xa310,120 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience) Hours:15 hours per week. Student Experience Team Member, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 7am and 10pm. The role Come to Unite Students and flourish in a friendly, inspiring team! From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the CustomerExperience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same! What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

• Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
• Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
• Planning and running events for our students

• A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
• An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
• You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
