About the Opportunity
Join us as a Student Electrical Engineer and play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and delivering electrical systems for some of the UK's most exciting large-scale projects -- with individual electrical values of up to 12 million.
You'll work alongside professionals across multiple departments, gaining vital experience and practical skills while continuing your education on a day-release basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to start your engineering career with real impact and long-term development potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Working on large-scale, high-value projects across commercial and industrial sectors
Splitting time between our Corby office and sites across the UK
Assisting with electrical design work, technical drawings, and system layouts
Defining each aspect of a project and selecting the best execution methods
Estimating activity durations, resource requirements, and developing detailed project schedules
Defining work tasks and interdisciplinary relationships needed to deliver projects successfully
Liaising with external contractors and suppliers to coordinate development phases
Supporting the project lifecycle from concept through to completion
Training & Development

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in electrical engineering and contribute to delivering high-impact projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades 4-9 / A-C) including:
At least a Grade 5 (B) in Maths and English
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Enthusiasm for engineering and a willingness to learn
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Interest in electrical systems, project planning, and working with a team
