Surveyor - Edinburgh or Perth

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to become a key member of the Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Edinburgh.

The team has an established reputation as leader in the rural market in Edinburgh. They undertake the management of Rural Estates and offer a range of professional rural advice throughout the area and across Scotland. Their technical excellence ensures an impressive client base and they advise some of the most prestigious clients in the area.

We are looking for someone with an interest in rural professional consultancy including; compulsory purchase, valuation, rural management and renewables.

• Educated to degree level with/or working towards a professional RICS qualification
• Experienced in the rural sector from within private practice or resident agent background
• Commercially astute and hands on
• Develop leadership skills by taking responsibility for a small team
• Take financial responsibility
• Strong networking and selling skills
• Enhance presentation skills

Skills/Qualifications

• Professionally qualified MRICS/or working towards
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Excellent IT skills including use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
