About the Role

CTS is looking for motivated

Site Technicians

to support our

Structures and Pavements

team based in

Harrietsham.

In this field-based role, you will carry out

specialist in-situ testing, inspections, and sampling

across a variety of infrastructure projects, including

listed bridges, iconic buildings, pavement surveys

, and

National Highways assets

.

You'll receive full training for working at

height

, in

confined spaces

, and be enrolled in relevant

health and safety courses

. The work is dynamic, hands-on, and sometimes challenging--so we're looking for a practical team player with a great attitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Perform site-based

testing, inspections, and sampling

Ensure work is carried out to high standards of

safety, quality, and efficiency

Check, clean, and calibrate test equipment to ensure it is always fit for use Represent CTS professionally on-site with clients and suppliers

Role Details

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Flexibility:

Regular weekend and night work is expected
