Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Street Team Member to join our vibrant team. As part of the street team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for, engaging with potential guests outside the venue, being the face of the business and starting the customer journey off in the best way.

We operate 3 late night bar's and nightclubs in the heart of Bolton. We are looking for someone who is the life of the party and gives off that persona. We open very late, so this is not for the faint-hearted and you should only apply if you are able to work until the early hours of the morning (4am-6am finishes).

Duties

Actively approach potential customers outside the venue to promote the bar Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, but answering customer queries and offering product information to each customer. Maintain an up-beat, energetic persona during shift times to ensure you display our culture Drive customer entree's by the use of direct marketing Communicate effectively with the door team and managers to ensure customer's gain entry quickly and effieciently Be the first port of contact to guests celebrating parties and events and ensure a smooth process Promote special offers or events to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Requirements

Previous experience in promotional work especially in the hospitality industry would be advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests The ability to be the life of the party and continue to keep an up-beat persona is vital Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as there will be times you will be required to host parties Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
