The role
We are currently looking for Strategy and Transformation Manager to help deliver a complex and game changing transformation programme across the business. You will be reporting to our Chief Transformation Officer who is overseeing a fundamental change to the business. You will be working to help turnaround the organisation as well as providing the high level thinking and analysis.
Alongside the strategic elements you will also be getting involved in some of the operational transformation programmes to deliver a tangible business impact. You will be part of the leadership team and provide support and council to the team helping them achieve their goals. We are a part of DP World, a business worth $88bn dealing with end to end logistics and moving 10% of all goods around the world. As part of this business you will liaise with our regional and global head office providing and bringing together the vision to help transform P&O Ferries.
You will have regular interface with our board and chief executive providing key strategic analysis to help drive the organisational agenda. We are in the middle of a really exciting time for P&O with a digitisation programme, alongside the biggest investment in the business and the arrival of two of the most technological advanced ferries the industry has seen.
The person
So who are we looking for?
- Experience from within a top tier management consultancy
- Industry experience within a corporate environment working on change and transformation
- Fantastic problem solving skills and the ability to breakdown complex issues into core value drivers
- A completer finisher who not only identifies issues quickly but recommends and implements solutions
- A strong background in financial or data analytics
- Comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast paced environment
