About the Role

You will develop the organization\'s strategic plans to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. You will lead projects with notable risk and complexity; developing the strategy for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Performing strategic planning and corporate development
• Developing the organization\'s strategic plans to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability
• Negotiating acquisitions, divestitures, licensing opportunities, and strategic business alliances with the organization\'s goals
• Providing strategic planning and corporate development functions
• Leading projects with notable risk and complexity; developing the strategy for project execution
• Solving unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
• Impacting the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives by setting direction and allocating resources
• Communicating complex concepts, anticipating potential objections and persuading senior executives to adopt a different point of view

Requirements

• Requires familiarity with consulting or strategy work within software, and recognized expertise in corporate strategy and subject-matter expertise
• Be able to interpret internal and external business challenges
• Be a natural problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues
• Have the ability to recommend process, product or service improvements
• Be able to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
• Be a company subject matter expert in your particular discipline
