Strategic Indirect Procurement Specialist - Market-Leading FinTech - London - \xc2\xa365k - \xc2\xa375k + 10% Bonus + Excellent Package & Progression Opportunities One of the fastest growing FinTech organisations in the country is looking to bolster its procurement team following a recent transformation! The organization, whose customer base grew by 30% last year, have built a reputation based on innovation and adaptation. To find evidence of this, look no further than the awards they have won including \'Innovation of the Year\' at their industry awards. Their focus on positive change extends to the procurement function where, due to the recent growth of the business and the success procurement has had, they have just gone through a transformation which has led to a number of new roles being created such as this one! In this position, you will be operating across indirect procurement, managing subcategory strategy across the IT, Professional Services and FM Procurement categories with a view to progressing to Senior Sourcing Manager within 12-18months! Strategic Indirect Procurement Specialist, desired background: -
- Experience managing end-to-end procurement across either indirect procurement categories, ideally having managed IT, Professional Services or FM Procurement, with a desire to work across a breadth of areas to expand your skillset
- Exposure to a relevant industry is a benefit (Financial Services, Technology), however, not a requirement
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- Proactive mindset - the ability to drive action and not wait for things to happen
- Strong academic record (Degree + CIPS) is beneficial but not essential
- Salary between \xc2\xa365k - \xc2\xa370k depending on experience
- 10% Bonus
- Opportunity of progression to Senior Sourcing Manager within 18months
