Title: Stores Team Leader

Location: Marston Green, Birmingham

Job type: Permanent, Full time

Key Activities:

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve planned output levels and improvements to performance against quality cost and delivery criteria

• Highlight long term and short-term risks to the teams\xe2\x80\x99 ability to achieve planned output for MRO & OE

• Carry out quality and EH&S audits within the team and plan corrective actions

• Ensure through people development that the team is autonomous to carry out any tasks that directly impact upon turnaround times with additional buy in from Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s support.

• Lead module improvement events and activities such as Kaizen and 5S activities

• Undertake training Sub Contractor & Collins personnel

• Ownership / Communicate of Kitting KPI\xe2\x80\x99s across Large, Small & Medium Value Streams targets & Global Spares

• Co-ordinate & ownership of Stocktake pre / during & post actions in stores

• Deputize for Logistics Manager

• Demonstrable capability of using improvement tools and techniques

• Excellent Logistics / stores knowledge with the versatility to learn new skills as required

• Excellent SAP knowledge with the versatility to learn new skills as required

• Flexibility and willingness to carry out any duties within the team that improves performance.
