Stores Person - Grantham - Permanent - \xc2\xa311.00ph - Days 7.30 - 4.30 Mon- Thurs / Friday 7.30am - 12.30
We are currently looking for a stores person to join an established business in Grantham on a permanent basis, on occasion the stores person will go into assembly and assist when stores are quiet. This role is accessible by public transport.
You will be receiving raw materials from Lorries, managing stock control, you will also be dealing with goods in and goods out, stock checks, stock updates, booking goods, updating production on stock levels and receiving info from other departments, assisting in assembly on mechanical components so hands on role when the stores is quiet.
For this role:
- This is a physical role so good fitness is recommended.
- Can do attitude and willing to work.
- Previous stores experience is also an advantage.
- Good maths
- Confidence in using Excel (although can be trained)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on your own.
- Good attendance record
