Store Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Cooking and serving pancakes
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll
- Uphold store standards and ensure a clean and organized environment

Requirements:

- Some food service experience
- Proven experience in retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills

Pay: 11.44-12.75 per hour
