A fantastic retail opportunity for a passionate Store Supervisor to join us at Kartel Watches. We are an independent company with a store in heart of St Andrews.

We are looking for an inspirational retail supervisor who can head it up. You must have passion, drive and be able to manage people with ease, whilst driving sales and meeting KPI's. Our ideal Store supervisor will have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work in a team as well being able to use your own initiative.

The Store Supervisor Role

As our Store Supervisor, you'll drive the performance and sales of your store, making good commercial decisions. You'll motivate your team and develop their skills whilst meeting and exceeding KPI's. Creating and maintaining a positive customer experience at all times is our number one goal at Kartel. From sales to stock you will ensure our flagship store runs to the highest standards. You'll also seek out/create opportunities to increase sales and maintain high operational standards to give the best retail experience to your customers.

This is a great opportunity for a confident and ambitious candidate to shine and develop as our brand grows. You'll need to be highly organised, results-driven and able to multi-task to make a success of the role. Requirements

- Experienced retail store management or retail assistant manager looking for the next step in your career

- A Keen interest in Watches

- Aspire to make your customers retail experience the best every time.

- Commercial approach to business and be able to identify sales opportunities to achieve targets

- Engaging and dynamic with excellent communication skills

- Experienced in coaching and developing new team members in order to maximise their full potential

We are beyond excited to now be expanding our team in London. Kartel Watches is a small independent company looking to take our retail environment to the next level.

We launched the Kartel brand online seven years ago, opened our first store in St Andrews in 2017, our family have been in watches for over thirteen years. We have the passion and drive to create a new high street brand and improve retail as we know it with our amazing product offering, customer service, unique experiential retail approach and store design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
