Who are we looking for?

We\xe2\x80\x99re always growing our business which means we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for various management roles to help us do this, including Shift Managers, Assistant Managers and Store Managers.

You might already be an experienced manager working in a QSR, hospitality or retail role. Or perhaps you feel like you\xe2\x80\x99ve progressed as far as you can in your current role and you think you\xe2\x80\x99re ready to step into a management role.

We\xe2\x80\x99ll provide you with the training and support to do a great job in whatever role is the right fit for you.

What does a Domino\xe2\x80\x99s manager do?

As a member of our management team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for everything that happens in your store during your shift. This includes controlling all store costs and secure cash handling procedures.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for leading and motivating your team. For starters, that means ensuring they\xe2\x80\x99re fully trained to do their job, they have a clear schedule with enough notice so they can plan the rest of their life (work isn\xe2\x80\x99t everything after all!) and, of course, they are always paid correctly and on time.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure your store is always set up for success. You\xe2\x80\x99ll make sure Domino\xe2\x80\x99s image and brand standards are always maintained and you\xe2\x80\x99ll do everything you can to deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability through a fantastic team.
