Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing Homeware and Furniture retailer as their new Store Manager! As a new Store Manager you will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new and long-term clients and customers.

Our client has amazing showrooms that enable you as a Store Manager to deliver a perfect customer experience. We want someone who has the customer at the heart of everything they do and commit to providing a no pressure, consultative and engaging sales experience.

This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of managing a store as well as taking responsibility for personal appointments, online orders and despatch of orders to customers. We need a leader who is strong from an operational perspective, is organised, diligent and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

• Have high visual standards across all store areas
• Lead the team in store to achieve results with CRM
• Drive performance and sales through a luxury experience and service
• Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
• Have Luxury or premium retail experience in either store management or senior management
• Responsible for co-ordinating all online orders
• Operationally responsible for deliveries
• Managing all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence
