Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Store Manager Designate for a big box retailer. You will join this thriving retailer in one of their largest stores in the UK, you will then learn the business and be ready to be fast tracked to become a Store Manager in a key location in Scotland.
We are looking for a Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintain strong brand standards at all times. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment where you will inspire and lead those around you! You will then progress to manage a large store in the area.
As a proven retail manager, you will be a hand\'s on, commercial and results driven person, who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service!!
As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Driving customer service standards in your store.
- High stock and footfall environment
- Hands on and willing to support your team in all departments
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Ensure the tea deliver high visual merchandising standards
- Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI\'s.
- Able to work across any department as required in store
In return for your hard work, you will receive a starting salary around \xc2\xa340k - but once you have your own Store this role will pay over \xc2\xa350,000, which is reviewed throughout your career. You will have access to a host of other benefits and some genuinely great career opportunities
