The successful Store Manager will be responsible for the following;
- Working within the S\xc3\xb8strene Grene Company standards, strategies, and initiatives
- Delivering high level of customer service and creating an unforgettable journey to your customers
- Managing deliveries, stock and stockroom
- Conducting training and monitoring team performances
- Reporting and analysing on KPI\'s
- Organising day-to-day tasks and preparing rotas
- Handling conflicts in a professional manner
- This is a very active, floor-based role and no two days are the same.
The successful Store Manager will meet the following requirements;
- Minimum of 2 years\' experience in similar role
- Expertise in customer service
- Passion for homewares and decoration
- Sales driven
- Can do attitude
- Good communication skills
