Stockperson/ Herdsperson (Cattle and Sheep)-Monmouthshire-Salary \xc2\xa328,000 + Accommodation
We are working with a fantastic, family ran estate based in South Wales to recruit an experienced Stockperson with a background in regenerative grazing systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the farms herd of beef suckler cattle and Cheviot X Ewes, feeding up and bedding down, rotational grazing and animal husbandry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion and experience in regenerative grazing systems to join a forward-thinking estate and develop their skillset.
The Candidate
-Previous stockperson experience with both cattle and sheep.
-Knowledge and experience in regenerative grazing systems.
-Preferably have their own working dogs.
-A hard-worker with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
