ABOUT THE ROLE




We are seeking a dedicated and passionate

Stock Leader

to join our brand-new

Peter Alexander

store in

Westfield Stratford

. As a Stock Leader, you will take ownership of all stock-related operations, ensuring that stockrooms are efficient, organised, and well-maintained to support the store's overall success. You'll work closely with the leadership team to maintain excellent stock processes, support replenishment, and help create an exceptional customer experience.


This is an exciting opportunity to join Peter Alexander as we expand our iconic brand across the UK, and to play a key role in delivering a seamless and inspiring retail environment.


This is a

full-time, 40-hour per week

position, requiring flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading hours, and some bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES




Manage and lead the store and offsite stock operations whilst maintain stock standards Assist in coordinating and executing store transfers Work closely with the leadership team to ensure transparency across all stock related processes is maintained Actively participate in performance discussions to enhance your own development and that of your team Assist with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual, and store targets Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures Promote and comply with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE




Stock control or stock management experience within a retail environment Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers Value integrity and doing things the right way Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast paced environment Be 'solutions focused' when faced with problems
