YOUR ROLE

Our Operation in Cannock is looking for a committed and self-motivated Stock Controller, where you will ensure the correct stock levels are maintained.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into General Manager, you will generate stock counts through customer system both against the formal PI program and for day to day operational requirements. You be responsible for all stock-related queries and reports, working closely with the operation to ensure a correct stock file is maintained. You will investigate any stock discrepancies between customer\'s system and physical stock and carry out investigations into stock variances. You will ensure all contract stock accuracies are maintained and in line with SLA. You will build excellent relationship with the client and ensure the work is carried out effectively and efficiently.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 but flexibility is allowed.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will have experience in similar role in warehouse environment. You will ideally have experience in using WMS. You will have proven experience of working to targets and deadlines and achievement of specific business results as well as experience in maintaining accurate records. You will be a problem solver and will be able to work as a part of the team as well on your own initiative.

You will be IT literate and be able to use programs such as Excel, Word.
