Our production team are looking for Stock Controllers to ensure the control and flow of raw procedure within our ready to cook area.
Do you have previous experience in managing stock?
Our ideal candidate will:
- Experience of managing high value of stock levels
~ Motivated by, and a champion of process and procedure
~ Attention to detail
~ Excellent communicator, spoken and written
~ Confidence in working autonomously, making decisions and taking action
The role involves
Ensure there is adequate stock for the day's production and for the next shift / days production start-up.
Ensure 100% stock accuracy in the ready to cook area (and lineside) against Tropos records and highlight any anomalies.
Ensure that there is 100% traceability for all stock, making sure all stock has the correct information on the label.
Manage any stock issues that occur during production. (No labels, printer issues) or any other problem that may occur.
Carry out the end of production stock clear down and scan all stock back on correctly
Maximise Tripax washer activity
Ensure all allergens are segregated and clearly marked
Ensure stock is used in rotation
Good housekeeping, a tidy area makes it easier to manage stock

16.54 per hour overtime

Working hours -
We work on a rota of Day Shift/ Back Shift hours consist of 07.00 - 14.00, 14.30 - 22.00 and 07.00 - 17.30 with every second weekend off.

<> We are a 364 days a year company, closed only on Christmas Day. During December and early January there are restrictions on holidays, and we work bank holidays including Boxing Day.
