We are looking for an experienced Administrator for a Full-Time role within our stock team.
This is a vibrant office-based admin role, helping to ensure supplies are sufficient to meet customer demand. Primary duties include checking stock levels, ordering additional stock and updating stock records. You will be a part of our existing Stock Team but also required to liaise with internal departments and external suppliers on a regular basis.
Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential. Full training will provided on our in house software.
DUTIES INCLUDE
? Day to Day ordering from various set suppliers
? Frequent communication with customers & suppliers via email and telephone.
? Co-ordinating information between production, your team and management.
? Use of a combination of an in-house software system and Microsoft Office (in particular Excel).
This is an ideal position for someone who loves to have varied tasks within a role with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

8.30am - 5pm Mon- Thurs
8.30am - 4pm Friday
