Role Overview




An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Station Enquiry Office team in a resilience role. You will be based at Cwmbran station, however will be expected to cover in any of the 6 open stations across the force when required. You will be able to use pool cars to travel to each location. This is a very challenging role, however very rewarding.

Key Skills required:



Must evidence excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills in a fast pace environment. Candidate will be expected to deal with vulnerable victims and sensitive information. Must evident excellent listening skills and attention to detail when creating incident logs. Must be able to work as part of a team and independently.
