As a Static Electrical Shift Engineer, you'll be responsible for electrical and general building services maintenance within a client property or multiple properties.
The focus will be on electrical fault finding, repairs, ongoing maintenance, and installation tasks across the site. While the role has an electrical bias, it involves supporting a wide range of building services tasks to ensure smooth operation and high standards throughout.
The emphasis is on delivering a truly world-class service, ensuring the environment is safe, compliant, and consistently well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out all FM engineering tasks including electrical, some mechanical, and fabric work
Complete PPMs and reactive maintenance at the Bristol corporate office, a key site
Work as part of the wider engineering team in a professional, well-maintained environment
Handle HV systems including generators, UPS, and HV switchgear
Collaborate with a 3-engineer shift team and self-manage shifts
Support a range of tasks from core engineering to varied on-site jobs
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Electrical qualifications required
FM experience preferred but flexible for the right candidate
Ability to work independently and manage own shift workload
Comfortable working in a corporate office environment as part of a small engineering team
