About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

to join our specialist team in Market Weighton. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in our therapeutic environment while enjoying flexible shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs or learning disabilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness Implement therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NMC standards Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RMN or RNLD) Experience in mental health or learning disability settings Knowledge of relevant legislation (Mental Health Act, Care Act) Ability to work flexibly across days and nights Strong communication and interpersonal skills
