We are seeking a compassionate
Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
to join our specialist team in Gosport. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in our modern facility while benefiting from competitive NHS band 5/6 equivalent pay.Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex needs Conduct mental state examinations and risk assessments Develop and implement personalised care plans Administer and monitor psychotropic medications Lead on therapeutic interventions and activities Supervise junior staff and students Maintain compliance with NMC standards and local policies
Essential Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as RMN or RNLD Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience Sound knowledge of Mental Health Act and safeguarding Ability to work rotational day/night shifts Commitment to patient-centered care
