About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality,

person-centred care

to patients with mental health needs or learning disabilities Conduct

comprehensive assessments

and develop

individualised care plans

Administer

medications

and monitor patient responses Provide

therapeutic interventions

and emotional support Work collaboratively within a

multidisciplinary team

(doctors, psychologists, therapists) Maintain accurate

clinical documentation

in line with NMC standards Participate in

quality improvement

initiatives and clinical audits

Essential Requirements:

Valid NMC registration

(RMN or RNLD) Experience in

mental health or learning disability settings

(hospital experience preferred) Strong understanding of

risk assessment and safeguarding

procedures Excellent

communication and de-escalation skills

Flexibility to work

days, nights, and weekends

as required
