About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dedicated team in Cockermouth. This full-time night position involves delivering high-quality care to our residents in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred nursing care in line with individual care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor and document patient observations and vital signs Maintain compliance with NMC standards and CQC regulations Supervise and mentor healthcare assistants Respond effectively to medical emergencies Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all residents

Essential Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN) Previous experience in care home or similar setting Strong clinical skills including wound care and infection control Excellent communication and leadership abilities Availability to work night shifts including weekends
