Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients Administer medications and treatments Monitor and record patient observations Maintain accurate clinical documentation Supervise and support care staff Ensure compliance with NMC standards Promote patient dignity and wellbeing
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as an RGN Previous nursing experience (care home preferred) Strong clinical skills and medication knowledge Excellent communication abilities Commitment to person-centered care Flexibility for day shifts including weekends
