Shift Pattern:

4 long shifts (Week 1) / 3 long shifts (Week 2) - includes weekends

Salary:

Up to

22.25 per hour

+

Paid Breaks

Bonus:

500 Welcome Bonus (provided by our agency)

Additional Pay:

10% extra for hours worked beyond contract

Meals:

to join the permanent team on

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RGN who's passionate about delivering person-centred care and enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented setting. You'll be expected to provide high standards of nursing care, lead shifts, and support both residents and junior staff.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid NMC PIN

(without restrictions or warnings)

Minimum 5 years' experience

as an RGN in a

Care Home setting

Must not have worked solely on

bank or agency shifts

Excellent clinical and communication skills Right to work in the UK
