Salary: 31,929.23 - 38,850.82 per annum. Dependent on experience and qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

Registered Nurse 1st Level Evidence of continual professional development Demonstrates a patient focus approach Experience within the outpatients department and in a surgical/medical environment with a knowledge and understanding of surgical/medical procedures Commitment to professional development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Able to cope under pressure. Committed to providing a quality clinical service

Spencer Private Hospitals is a subsidiary healthcare provider to East Kent Hospitals, dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality care. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, patient-centred environment, and are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our friendly Outpatient Department team.


Our department offers pre-operative assessment, consultant led clinics and minor procedures across multiple specialties such as gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, general surgery, ENT and Urology.


We are looking for an exceptional Staff Nurse with excellent clinic skills in minor procedures and diagnostics. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must.


The position will be varied shifts between the hours of 08.00 - 20.30 Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is required.
