Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with a Leading Private Hospital, located in Central London, who are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their Oncology and Medical Ward. This 17 bedded ward provides care for a mixture of patients including those who are acutely unwell, chemotherapy patients, as well as end of life patients. This Hospital is recognised for their personalised care delivered at the highest standard, combined with their investment in the latest technology.

The Role
The successful candidate will join their close-knit team that provides ongoing care for Oncology and Medical patients within an inpatient setting. You will assess, plan and deliver the highest standard of care, supporting patients throughout their journey with a kind and compassionate approach.

You do not necessarily need experience in this area of nursing, however, we are looking for a committed individual who has a genuine interest in working within the oncology or medical field. You will even be given the opportunity to complete your SACT Passport, allowing you to administer chemotherapy treatments.

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which consists of long days, some nights and weekends.

Role Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum of 1 years post-registration experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience working within a medical setting or caring for cancer patients will be advantageous
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Great attention to detail
\xe2\x80\x93 Motivated and enthusiastic
\xe2\x80\x93 Proactive approach

Summary
