Salary: \xc2\xa334,100 - \xc2\xa341,572 per annum + shift enhancementSanctuary Personnel seeking an ITU Staff Nurse to join our client\'s 28 Bedded ITU Unit at a prestigious hospital, which boasts an "Outstanding" rating from the CQC. Their Critical Care Unit delivers round-the-clock, specialised care to critically ill patients with diverse medical or surgical conditions.As a Staff Nurse in the Critical Care unit, you\'ll play a pivotal role in providing exemplary care by assessing, planning, delivering, and continually evaluating patient care. Effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues will be paramount, alongside maintaining accountability for your practice and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.What you\'ll bring:

• Registration as a General Nurse with NMC pin.
• Specific skills and experience in Cardiac or General ITU.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with good time management and prioritisation abilities.
