We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.TasksA Sr Specialist Requirements and Release management supports the (Sr) Managers Reqs & Release Mgmt with the smooth and continuous run of the Digital Experience platform delivery. He/She is responsible for the implementation of change requests supporting their realization together with our respective technology providers.Accountabilities:

  • Collect change requests/ requirements for members of the Digital Experience Platform from various teams and stakeholders (BUs, countries) across the Group.
  • Support in the organization, clustering (e.g. content, technical features, etc.) and prioritize backlog with team members
  • Support in overall release process together with internal / external technology partners with team members
  • Support in the continous improvement of Platform Delivery processes
  • Support in the communication of platform backlog, roadmap planning and release noties to stakeholder community
  • Create and maintain test automation suites
  • Provide technical support to DHL content editorial community
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Experience:
  • Experience in writing and managing requirements as well as follow-through of delivery through Quality assurance processes.
  • Some Experience in engaging stakeholders
  • Very good organizational and project management skills
  • High affinity to customer research and digital environments
  • Good understanding of DHL group, its customers and its products
  • Some Experience in working with third parties (e.g. agencies)
  • Team player, good communication skills and proactive behaviour
Education/Qualification:
  • University degree in IT, Digital marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Knowledge and understanding of website technologies and CMS (Adobe AEM preferred)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
