Job Summary
As a Production Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing process within our facility, ensuring efficiency and quality control. Your role will involve managing the production team, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating with various departments to meet production targets.
Duties
Develop and implement business processes to enhance production efficiency Monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards of production Utilise SAP systems for production planning and inventory management Coordinate the assembly process and ensure timely completion of products Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot production issues Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline operations Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimise material flow
Experience
Proven experience in a production management role Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to drive change and implement best practices in production operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per month
Additional pay:
Performance bonus Yearly bonus
