:Senior Business AnalystThe purpose of this role is to enable our commercial team to sell efficiently and effectively Omnicell portfolio through user-friendly process and tools. The Senior Business Analyst will lead a detailed audit of Omnicell's configure/price/quote (CPQ) processes to define & implement improvement solutions. She/he will work on critical & complex projects (process & IT tools) to enable best in class sales operations from inquire to order. She/he will partner with the users, the operational team & the global functions (finance, service, supply chain, IT, etc.) to improve our processes and deploy them.The position will report directly to the Data, Systems and Process Management Senior Manager within the Omnicell International organization and will be the go-to-person for all Omnicell International CPQ related topics. She/he will have the following scope:

  • Process optimization and tool deployment (including change management, etc.)
  • Process/Tool/Data management and support of internal users (Sales, Product Management, Deal Deskxe2x80xa6)
  • KPI reporting
The main responsibilities are as described below, and they may change over time due to business priorities.Responsibilities:
  • Execute wing to wing process standardization and monitor functional adherence to process, roles and responsibilities, and timelines
  • Work with operational stakeholders to identify key operational needs using process & tools (process mapping, change management, etc.)
  • Lead new process/tool deployments and act as a liaison between Sales team, Product Management team & other functions
  • Serve as best practices/quality/support resource within the team, documenting processes as needed
  • Champion and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and Business Excellence Leadership.
  • Support and guide Product Managers & Suppliers, in implementing relevant and accurate product information and quoting process within Omnicell's systems
  • Coordinate with the global Product Data Management team, the release of quoting tools and systems with the latest product information. This includes the conduct of thorough User Acceptance Testing, the creation of Requirement Blueprints, and the governance of what can and should be implemented in SAP / Salesforce.com
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Established project management skills; ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
  • Proven experience in change management (organization, processes, and mindsets)
  • Knowledge and experience using CPQ (Salesforce.com, SAP, NetSuitexe2x80xa6), ERP (SAP preferred), CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), service management systems and planning systems required; implementation experience preferred
  • Exposure to Lean/Six sigma and process improvement methodologies: Lean certification preferred
  • Strong business, operational, financial and root cause acumen with a corrective action mindset
  • 3+ years of experience in a complex inquire-to-order environment
  • Master's degree, or relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; mastering effective communication with peers and management
  • Strong influencing and cross group collaboration skills; comfortable working within a matrixed organization and a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a demanding and results-oriented team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
