We are a long established family business looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking team player with a passion for the land, the environment and a desire to learn, push boundaries and to achieve excellence through modern farming methods and meticulous attention to detail.We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated person to join our small team running 2,500 acres of mixed arable farmland in Shropshire. We have an up to date fleet of mostly Claas machinery. Experience of operating arable machinery and PA1 and PA2 certificates are essential along with excellent record keeping skills.You will have good mechanical skills, people skills and computer skills. You will need to be flexible in respect of duties and tasks and where necessary work the hours required to meet the demands of the business.
